NHL Prices for an ECHL experience
The venue is clean, parking is easy, and the staff are all excellent. The prices were insanely high for what it was. As a family of four, we spent $100 on tickets up in the top (which honestly wasn't even too far from the action), and at least another $100 on very simple concessions like hot dogs, nachos, and water. That's pretty much in line with a Blackhawks game in Chicago or most other NHL venues. The level of hockey is pretty far from an NHL experience though. Its a developmental, second-tier minor league team, probably just below major-junior level, without any serious prospects on the rosters. It was fun, the kids enjoyed it, but for the same price you can take in a significantly better game elsewhere.
